Undeserving forgiveness.
We live in a world full of people who do things intentionally to hurt other people. Some people have mental problems and can't help what they do, others have pure unexplained hate and hurt people for no reason at all. Hijacking a plane and killing thousands of innocent people is absolutely unforgivable. Most terrorists are led to believe things because of a leader or how they were raised, but they should still know right from wrong. If you lack the decency and humanity to keep yourself from murdering people for no reason, you have no reason to be forgiven by families, friends, and peers of the individuals that suffered the loss of their loved ones.

People like Osama bin Laden are just so cruel and should've never been a leader to begin with. I agree that the people that drove the planes knew they were doing wrong, but they would have been killed either way. If they wouldn't have done what they were told by their leader he would have had them killed. They shouldn't have taken so many precious lives. But one the other hand, we did kill some inoccent people when we killed Osama bin Laden. They also shouldn't have been around him, but he was very popular there. He was their leader.
